Tilting not waving

For years I've been trying to balance out my various roles - mum, wife, employee, boss, volunteer, friend, family member.

It all got too much so I took six months off from work and hey presto! I got healthy and happy. Then the money ran out and I went back to work.

Three months later, I'm tired, grumpy and piling the weight and responsibilities on. I read something recently that spoke about forgetting trying to balance - there is NO balance. Instead we tilt. So I'm trying to tilt and to let go of the guilt that goes with not doing it all at once, well.
